RETURN POLICY
Unfortunately because each order is handcrafted, there are no returns or refunds.
We check each item that is shipping out to ensure the best quality. Any damage done once it has left from our hands is not our responsibility. You may contact your local postal office and or delivery company and see if there is anything they can do.
In the rare chance one of your items does not last up to our expectations(min 6 months), (ex; problems once washed, sun exposure, etc.) we will happily send you a replacement once the old one is sent back to us( we will pay for return shipping)and we have examined it as a fault of our own doing. If we come to the conclusion that is was tampered with, meaning purposely destroyed, we will not send out a replacement and we will send you back the original.
